Structures for solar, rolled to your table drawing

Purlins, rafters, posts and the fixing kit that goes with them — cut to length, punched to your hole pattern and coated for the site, so the crew on the ground assembles rather than fabricates.

What we supply

Every steel member between the pile and the module

Utility-scale, community and rooftop solar all run on the same handful of sections. We roll them, punch them and ship them as one consignment.

A module table is a simple structure that has to survive twenty-five years of wind, dust and thermal cycling without anyone going back to it. What decides whether it does is not the design so much as whether the steel that arrived matches the design.

Every section is roll-formed from certified coil to Indian Standard grades and finished to the dimensional tolerances of IS 811 and EN 10162, with holes and slots already in the right place. Nothing gets drilled, cut or welded on site, which removes the two things that most often go wrong: dimensional drift across a long row, and coating damage at every field-made hole.

  • Columns in lipped C, for vertical compression and ground-anchoring stability.
  • Rafters in deep lipped C and U channel, resisting downward bending from the array.
  • Purlins in HAT profile, Z-purlin or slotted strut, giving a flat top for panel clamping.
  • Bracing in light C channel, triangulating the frame against sway and wind-lift.
  • Fixings including base plates, jointers, degree hangers and clamps to IS 875.
  • One consignment so the bill of materials does not arrive from four suppliers.

An indicative list rather than a fixed catalogue. Send your table drawing and we will price against your actual member schedule.

Coating

Pick the coated-steel family for the site, not the quote

Coating is where the money saved at tender comes back as a warranty claim. A plant on the Gujarat coast, one in a cement belt and one on dry inland scrub wear zinc at very different rates, so we would rather ask where the site is than quote the cheapest option by default.

  • Coastal and high humidity. Heavier hot-dip zinc, or zinc-aluminium-magnesium to IS 18513 where you want the same life at less coating mass.
  • Industrial and high sulphur. Hot-dip galvanized to IS 2062 with 600 GSM coating class under IS 4759.
  • Dry inland. Galvalume to IS 15961, AZ 150, is usually the economical fit.
  • Cut ends and site holes. Avoided entirely when sections arrive precut and prepunched.

Universal mid clamp holding a solar module frame to a purlin

Universal clamps cover 30 to 50 mm frame depths, so one part number works across module suppliers.

How it runs

From your drawing to the first bundle

  1. 1

    Send what you have

A table drawing, a member schedule, a section reference you already buy, or a sample. Nothing needs to be final.

  2. 2

    We review and quote

We confirm the profile is rollable as drawn, flag anything that will cost you money for no benefit, and come back with price and lead time.

  3. 3

    Sample or first article

On new profiles we run a sample length so you can check fit against the module and the pile before committing to the batch.

  4. 4

    Production and coating

Sections roll from certified coil to IS 811 and EN 10162, get punched to your centres and cut to length, then take the coated-steel family chosen for the site.

  5. 5

    Bundled and dispatched

Bundled by member mark and labelled, so the crew unloads in the order they build. Repeat batches roll to the same tolerance.
