What to include

The four things that let us price accurately on the first reply: the profile and thickness, the coated-steel family, the hole and slot pattern, and the quantity with a delivery window. Site location helps too, because it decides the coating.

Questions we are usually asked first

How quickly will I get a reply?
Enquiries that arrive with a profile, thickness, finish and quantity are the quickest to price, because nothing has to be chased. If a detail is missing we will come back with a question rather than sit on the enquiry.
What file formats can I send?
PDF, DWG, DXF, spreadsheets and photographs all work. A photo of a section you already buy, with a tape measure against it, is often enough for us to start. Attach files to the email the form generates, or send them straight to contact@uniklaet.com.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the profile and whether the tooling is already set. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will be straight with you about whether it is workable and what it will cost.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. On a new profile we would rather run a sample length so you can check fit against the real assembly before a production batch is committed. See Engineering Services for how that process runs.
Do you supply outside Gujarat?
Yes, across India. Include the delivery location in your enquiry so freight and the right coated-steel family can both be worked into the quote.
