Product range
Parallel-flange channel section. Equal flanges on a flat web — ideal for cable management tracks, module rail end-caps and purlin support brackets.
Lipped channel with inward-turned lips for stiffness. Primary structural member in solar mounting tables and shed purlins; highest section modulus-to-weight ratio in the range.
Anti-symmetric section with offset flanges — enables lap-joint nesting for continuous-span purlin runs. Preferred for sloped roof structures and solar array east-west rows where long-span continuity matters.
HAT-shaped section with outward-spreading flanges for wide bearing contact. Used as module rail substructure, secondary roof battens and cable tray covers in ground-mount solar plants.
Profiles
Rolled from high-strength steel on automatic lines, cut to length and punched to your hole pattern before they leave the plant.
The general-purpose purlin and rafter. Turned-in lips add stiffness without weight, keeping module rows flat under wind load.
Flanges run opposite ways so sections nest and lap at the supports — fewer splices across long continuous runs.
Plain U works as a rafter and base member; slotted strut carries panel clamping and lets supports move after install.
Profiles are specified by structural role, so the frame goes up as one matched system rather than four separately bought members.
High vertical compression and ground-anchoring stability.
Strong resistance to downward bending from the panel array.
Flat top for panel clamping and easy lapping over spans.
Triangulates the frame to prevent sway and counter wind-lift.
Applications
The same roll-formed C, Z, U and HAT sections carry the secondary framing of pre-engineered buildings and the tables of ground-mount solar plants.
Cold-formed profiles offer the ideal weight-to-strength ratio for pre-engineered buildings — secondary structural members that span rafters and columns, carry cladding loads, and resist wind uplift without the cost of hot-rolled sections.
Profiles are the backbone of utility-scale and commercial solar mounting tables — from pile-driven posts to module clamp rails — designed to survive 25-year outdoor service life under Indian wind and seismic zones.
What we do
The same roll-forming lines serve solar developers, pre-engineered building fabricators and design teams who need a section made exactly to a drawing.
Purlins, rafters, posts and the full fixing kit for ground-mount and rooftop solar, precut to your table drawing.
C and Z purlins, girts and eave members for pre-engineered buildings, warehouses and industrial sheds.
Section data, profile development and hole-pattern work, so what you draw is what comes off the line.
Why the section matters
India is working towards 500 GW of renewable capacity by 2030, and ground-mounted solar carries much of that load. Demand for structures that are both affordable and technically sound has never been higher.
EPC teams already know the trade-off. A ground-mount design done right runs for decades on almost no upkeep. Done wrong, it shows up as misaligned modules, corrosion at the fasteners, wind-load failures and rework that quietly eats the margin on the job.
Every section is roll-formed from certified coil to Indian Standard grades, then finished to the dimensional tolerances set out in IS 811 and EN 10162. Profiles, brackets, clamps and fasteners are specified as one matched system, so what leaves our line fits together on site: straight, square, correctly coated and drilled to your drawing.
Column, rafter, purlin and bracing, specified as one matched system.
Structural channels
The backbone of the array. Rolled from high-strength steel on precision automatic roll-forming lines, precut and ready to assemble — an economical choice for utility-scale and community solar.
The general-purpose section for purlins and rafters. Turned-in lips add stiffness without extra weight, which keeps module rows flat under wind load. Web 40–300 mm, flange 40–90 mm, lip 10–25 mm.
Flanges run in opposite directions, so sections nest and lap at the supports. Useful where continuous runs across several bays reduce the number of splices. Same web, flange and lip ranges as the C.
An unlipped section for bracing, base members and secondary framing where the extra stiffness of a lip is not needed and cost per metre matters more.
A trapezoidal crown with 45° and 75° bends and flat flanges either side, so it seats directly on a beam and takes fasteners through the flange. Height and width rolled to your requirement.
C sections leaving the roll-forming line, cut to length and ready to bundle.
Sections are rolled, punched and cut before they leave the plant, then bundled by member type so the crew can lay out a table without sorting steel.

Strut systems
A continuous slot down the full length and inturned edges, so conduits, cable trays, HVAC runs and module supports can be positioned anywhere along the member and moved later without drilling.
Rolled from coated coil and cut to exact dimensions, the strut works two ways on a solar frame: as a purlin it gives a flat top for panel clamping and laps easily over spans, and as framing it carries conduits, trays and secondary supports that may need to move later.
Four standard sizes, drawn to relative scale. Dimensions in mm.
Slotted strut, punched at 50 mm centres along the full length.
Accessories
Base plates, jointers, hangers, module clamps and strut fittings — supplied with the channel so the bill of materials arrives from one place.
Transfers post load into the foundation. The upstand is formed to match your C channel or strut so the post drops straight in.
Splices two channel runs in line. Slotted holes take up cumulative tolerance across a long row without field cutting.
Sets and holds the module tilt angle where the rafter meets the post. Formed to the angle specified for your site.
Holds the module frame to the purlin. One clamp body covers the common frame depths, so a single part number works across module suppliers.
Carbon-steel fasteners are finished zinc plated (IS 1367-11), zinc flake (IS 10683) or hot-dip galvanized (IS 1367-13). Mild-steel parts follow IS 1573, IS 15488 and IS 4759.
Pressed steel fittings that turn strut channel into a frame. Mild steel to IS 2062 E250 / E350, 6 mm plate, holes for M6 to M16 on a 50 mm pitch, finished zinc plated to IS 1573, zinc flake to IS 15488 or hot-dip galvanized to IS 4759.

Slotted strut channel is offered in the same four families, in 1.6, 2.0 and 2.5 mm. Every section is finished to the dimensional tolerances of IS 811 and EN 10162. Ask us for physical properties and engineering data for any combination.
How we work
Profile, hole pattern, slot centres and length come off the line as specified. Nothing is cut or drilled on site.
Precision lines hold EN 10162 tolerances batch after batch, so the tenth truckload assembles like the first.
Galvalume, hot-dip galvanized, zinc-aluminium-magnesium or pre-galvanized, selected for the site rather than for the quote.
Channel, base plates, jointers, hangers, clamps and fasteners ship together instead of arriving from four vendors.
Our own manufacturing unit in Mahesana means schedules you can plan a construction programme around.
Bolted assembly with slotted adjustment cuts crew hours and removes welding and touch-up from the site scope.
Our process
Every order follows a structured five-stage workflow, ensuring dimensional accuracy, certified material traceability and on-time dispatch for project-critical schedules.
Submit profile type, quantity and project load requirements via the quote form or direct email.
Engineering verification of dimensional tolerances, steel grade and coating specifications against standards.
Profiles are cold-formed from pre-galvanized coil on CNC lines to a ±0.5 mm tolerance.
Issuing mill test certificates, coating weight reports and dimensional inspection records per batch.
Dispatching bundled and labelled profiles via freight or container with full documentation.
